Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site for multi-home construction from permit to closing.

You will schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct homeowner walkthroughs, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience, ability to read construction drawings, and strong communication skills to coordinate with sales,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH Construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure on-time, quality home delivery.
• Schedule subcontractors and verify workmanship meets plans and codes.
• Oversee customer walkthroughs and warranty-related actions.
• Maintain safety standards and budget control across sites.
