D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage multiple home construction projects from permitting through closing. You will schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct homeowner walks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and the ability to drive exceptional customer service during the build process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience in construction/supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office and field apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and inspect work for compliance with plans and codes.
• Oversee site activities from permit to occupancy and ensure safety standards.
• Approve subcontractor payments after inspection and acceptance of work quality.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the construction process.
