Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Experience managing subcontractors and workflow to meet schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule to deliver quality homes on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all construction phases and ensure code compliance.
• Conduct homeowner orientation and inspections; maintain clear progress communications.
