You will schedule and supervise job-site subcontractors, conduct homeowner walks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and timely delivery. As a Fortune 500 homebuilder, you will drive quality, cost control, and schedule adherence while maintaining open communication across sales, warranty, and management teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years related experience
• Ability to manage and complete construction milestones
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
• Knowledge of building codes and permits
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and email

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors for each phase of construction
• Complete home sites from planning to occupancy
• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with plans and codes
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspection
• Maintain customer experience throughout construction
• Ensure site cleanliness and safety standards
• Oversee post-close warranty processes
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with stakeholders
• Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct
