DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids, gather data, perform analyses, and present options to leadership.

The ideal candidate brings advanced numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and subcontractors. DOE-style compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven experience as estimator or similar position, preferably in highway/structures asset maintenance
• Strong financial and project management knowledge
• Advanced data analysis methods and estimation formulas
• Advanced math and IT ability with analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with AI concepts is a plus

Aufgaben

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting business model
• Determine key variables for cost estimates and costs
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors and operators
• Conduct research on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Use software for data analysis, modeling, forecasting and budgeting
• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to project managers and leadership
• Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors and engineers
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews
