Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, analyzing data, and presenting options to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, advanced analytical mindset, and strong relationship management with subs and suppliers. This full-time role requires flexibility for heavy periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as estimator or similar role, highway/structures asset maintenance a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial and project management principles.
• Experience with data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
• Advanced math and IT abilities with analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and integrity.
• Ability to work non-standard hours during heavy periods.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Conduct data research on labor costs, materials, production times.
• Use software for data analysis, modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
• Create and submit estimate reports and bids to leadership.
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews.
