DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering data, analyzing costs, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical and analytical skills, excels in data analysis tools, and can manage relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as estimator or similar position
• Advanced knowledge of financial and project management principles
• Experience with research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
• Proven advanced math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
• Expert level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Understanding of AI applications in estimation
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• High integrity with handling confidential information

Responsabilités

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model and project requirements
• Determine key cost variables and estimate inputs from sites, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Conduct labor, materials, and production time data research
• Use data analysis, modeling, forecasting and budgeting software
• Review subcontractor/vendor quotes and compile bid reports for leadership
• Build relationships with vendors, engineers and subcontractors
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews
