Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, analyzing data, and presenting options to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have advanced numerical skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and subcontractors. Excellent communication and IT proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven estimator experience; highway/asset maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong financial and project management understanding.
• Advanced data analysis methods and estimation formulas.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting business model.
• Determine key cost variables and estimation factors.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Conduct research on labor costs, materials, and production times.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Create and submit estimate reports and bids to project managers/leaders.
• Build relationships with vendors and engineers.
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews.
