Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, performing analyses, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced numerical skills, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders including subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven estimator experience in highway or structures.
• Advanced numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Determine key variables for cost estimates and bidding.
• Gather information from sites, suppliers, and operators.
• Conduct data analysis for labor, materials, and timescales.
• Create and submit estimate reports to project managers and leadership.
