DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracts for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, performing analyses, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven experience as estimator or similar position; highway/structures knowledge is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and project management principles.
• Experience with data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
• Strong math and IT skills with analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related software.
• Understanding of AI applications in estimation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High integrity with ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction.

Aufgaben

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model and project requirements.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Conduct research on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Use software for data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Obtain and review quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Create and submit estimate reports and bids to leadership.
• Build relationships with key vendors and engineers.
• Present bids to leadership at gate reviews.
