DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, performing analyses, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced numerical skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with company and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven estimator experience, especially in highway or structures asset maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of financial and project management principles.
• Experience with data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
• Proven advanced mathematical and IT ability with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Determine project requirements and key variables for cost estimates.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Conduct research on labor costs, materials, and production times.
• Use software for data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Review offers from subcontractors and vendors, and prepare bid reports.
• Present bids to leadership at gate reviews and maintain vendor relations.
