Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, performing advanced analyses, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience managing relationships with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position – highway or structures asset maintenance is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of financial and project management principles
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis methods and estimation formulas
• Advanced math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI; understanding of AI applications

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting business model
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Create and submit estimate reports and bids to leadership
• Build relationships with vendors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews
