Job summary

Veho seeks a Senior Recruiting Lead to own high-volume hiring across Ground and Live Operations. You will guide a recruiter team while managing a full workload, shaping headcount strategy, and raising hiring standards.

You’ll build scalable processes with an emphasis on AI-driven screening, automation, and a strong candidate experience. You will partner with senior ops leaders, forecast hiring needs, and drive performance through data-driven decisions during peak seasons and new market launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in high-volume or hourly/field operations hiring.
• 1+ years of leading recruiters (team lead/supervisor/manager).
• Experience building or improving a recruiting process or playbook.
• In-house experience at a fast-moving operations-heavy company (logistics, e‑commerce, or retail).
• Experience partnering with senior operations leaders and forecasting hiring needs.
• Experience running structured interviewing programs.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring across Ground Operations and Live Operations.
• Lead a high-performing recruiter team while carrying a full req load.
• Develop a scalable hiring system and AI-enabled processes.
• Create a world-class candidate experience with transparent communication.
• Coach recruiters, set goals, balance workloads, and run pipeline reviews.
• Drive volume recruitment through structured processes and targeted sourcing.
• Forecast capacity and report hiring performance by market and team.
