Job summary

Veho is seeking a Senior Recruiting Lead to drive high-volume hiring across Ground and Live Operations, modeling talent excellence with a scalable HV process and a candidate-centric experience. You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with senior operations leaders, and build an AI-enabled hiring system to scale as Veho expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years in high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the HV Hiring Playbook and funnel standards.
• Introduce AI and automation in outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
• Own the candidate experience with transparency and updates.
• Coach recruiters, set goals, manage loads, run pipeline reviews.
• Deliver volume via structured processes and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with senior ops leaders on workforce plans and hiring bars.
• Track hiring performance and forecast recruiter capacity.
