Ode with Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a recruiting operations lead to scale our interview experience and workflows. You’ll own the operational heartbeat of recruiting, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building AI-native automation.

You’ll design intelligent workflows, create documentation, standardize processes, and automate scheduling, coordinating across executives and teams as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or executive operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars.
• Systems mindset—you naturally improve processes and enjoy leveraging AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from scheduling interviews to coordinating offers.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Create documentation, standardize workflows, and improve scheduling processes.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve coordination.
• Continuously refine how recruiting operates as the company scales.
