Job summary

Re:Build is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager to architect and scale AI-enabled talent acquisition across the organization. You will lead AI workflow design, deployment, and adoption, coordinating with recruiting, IT, and Digital Innovation.

You will implement conversational agents for requisition intake and candidate updates, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with Finance on workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled recruiting workflows with measurable results.
• Production experience with conversational agents and trusted knowledge sources.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development.
• Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• AI architecture and delivery: Own the roadmap from workflow design to deployment and adoption.
• Conversational AI: Deploy agents for requisition intake, process guidance, scheduling, and updates with human handoffs.
• Recruiting infrastructure: Own system configuration, integrations, data quality, and vendor performance; reduce admin work and tool sprawl.
• Analytics and planning: Partner with Finance on workforce planning; track hiring metrics and AI impact.
• Team enablement: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, Digital Innovation, and IT to scale AI capabilities.
• Responsible deployment: Establish testing, monitoring, access controls, data protection, accessibility, and fairness safeguards.
