Job summary

GC AI is building a foundational recruiting coordination function to support a lean team in a fast-growing startup. You will own scheduling logistics, help implement AI-driven automations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across multiple teams and roles.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to refine interview processes, scale operations, and participate in events and training programs as GC AI scales globally.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of recruiting coordination or operations experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate high volumes of complex interviews across teams and roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduling logistics end-to-end with a focus on automated workflows in Ashby.
• Experiment with AI tools to automate recruiting operations and scale processes.
• Run live interview operations remotely, triage reschedules, and keep candidates moving.
• Own candidate experience with clear, timely communication and respectful interactions.
• Build and run interviewer training programs to improve interview quality and consistency.
