Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager to architect and build our AI-enabled talent acquisition function. Your expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows will be the core qualification.

We will leverage Greenhouse ATS, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio and Criteria, shaping AI-powered workflows and partnering with recruiters, IT, and Digital Innovation to optimize hiring speed and quality.

Qualifications

Expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows in talent acquisition.
Production experience with conversational agents and integrated systems.
Fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation, and AI-assisted development.
Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

Own AI architecture roadmap from design through deployment and adoption.
Deploy conversational agents for requisition intake, guidance, scheduling, updates.
Own recruiting infrastructure: configuration, integrations, data quality, docs.
Partner with Finance on workforce planning; track hiring metrics and AI impact.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, Digital Innovation, IT on AI workflows.
Establish testing, safeguards, and human accountability in deployments.
