Inworld AI is seeking a Recruiting Lead to partner with founders and leadership across engineering, research, and business hiring as we scale. You will own searches end to end, raise the bar on how we hire, and help shape the recruiting function.

You will build deep pipelines of exceptional AI, engineering, research, and business talent, guided by data-driven decisions and creative sourcing. This senior role emphasizes strategic thinking, execution, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring in AI/ML, infrastructure, or research environments.
• Proven track record of closing senior talent in competitive markets.
• Fluency with recruiting data and metrics to drive strategy.
• Hands-on with AI assistants and AI-native sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own senior searches end to end as executive partner to founders.
• Shape role definitions and design search strategies.
• Build pipelines of AI, engineering, research, and business talent.
• Use data to track funnel health and report progress with rigor.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows while keeping a personal touch.
• Elevate recruiting processes and mentor others on the team.
• Represent Inworld as a credible ambassador for our mission and culture.
