Job summary
Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare leaders in transforming workforce and workload management using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions. You will partner with executives, nursing leaders, and project teams to redesign workflows and drive measurable outcomes across care settings.
You will own value measurement, ensure adoption success, and lead executive meetings focused on clinical alignment and operational transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice or clinical IT experience.
- RN or active clinical licensure.
- 6+ years of combined higher education and related work experience; 5+ years of additional relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
- Guide clients through current-state assessments, future-state design, and workflow optimization.
- Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Serve as clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout implementation.
