Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce and workload initiatives. You will partner with executives and clinical leaders to redesign workflows and ensure successful technology adoption across acute and outpatient settings.

You will lead initiatives that improve caregiver utilization, staffing efficiency, and patient outcomes while managing stakeholder communications and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare field required.
• RN license or active clinical licensure required.
• Experience in healthcare consulting and clinical workflow design preferred.
