Job summary
Oracle is seeking a Clinical Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, guiding strategic workforce and workload initiatives powered by the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will partner with executives and nursing leadership to redesign workflows and drive adoption of solutions in acute and outpatient care settings.
The role emphasizes clinical transformation, customer outcomes, and successful project delivery across full lifecycle implementations,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- RN license and clinical practice experience required or preferred.
- Minimum 3 years combined education and related work experience in clinical/healthcare IT.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
- Guide customers through current-state and future-state design and workflow optimization.
- Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Serve as clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions during implementation.
- Own customer value measurement plans and ensure achievement of outcomes.
