Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations in workforce and workload optimization across acute and outpatient settings. You will partner with executives and nursing leadership to redesign workflows, improve caregiver utilization, and drive adoption of Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Suite solutions.

You will lead client-facing transformation initiatives, measure business and clinical outcomes, and ensure successful implementation while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active RN license or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of combined education and related work experience.
• At least 1 year licensed healthcare practice or clinical IT experience.
• At least 5 years of additional relevant education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and staffing efficiency.
• Guide customers through current-state and future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
• Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
• Own and manage customer value measurement plans and ensure value realization.
• Drive executive meetings and coordinate project milestones and timelines.
