Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce and workload initiatives using the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will collaborate with executives, nursing leaders, and project teams to redesign workflows, improve caregiver utilization, and drive measurable patient-care outcomes.

This role blends clinical expertise, consulting leadership, and operational insight to deliver value across acute and ambulatory care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, or clinical healthcare IT experience.
• RN or other active clinical licensure.
• 5+ years of additional higher education and/or professional experience related to the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
• Guide customers through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
• Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technology.
• Serve as the clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Own customer value measurement plans to ensure business and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with engagement and PM teams to meet milestones and timelines.
• Facilitate executive meetings on clinical alignment and value realization.
• Drive discussions aligning org goals with workforce optimization.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships for sustained improvements.
