Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce initiatives using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions. You will partner with executives, nursing leaders, and project teams to redesign workflows and drive measurable outcomes across acute and outpatient settings.

You will lead clinical transformation efforts, develop adoption strategies, and act as the subject matter expert for workforce solutions throughout the implementation

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field; RN licensure
• Experience in healthcare consulting, clinical transformation, or healthcare IT is required

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes
• Guide customers through current-state assessments, future-state design, and workflow optimization
• Identify organizational change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes
• Serve as clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout implementation
• Own customer value measurement and ensure achievement of business and clinical outcomes
• Facilitate executive meetings on clinical alignment, transformation, and value realization
