Job summary

Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through strategic workforce initiatives, redesign workflows, and drive outcomes across acute and outpatient settings.

In this role you will partner with executives and clinical leaders to optimize staffing, adoption of new processes, and the realization of business and care outcomes through Oracle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; RN license required.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice or clinical IT experience.
• 6+ years of combined education and related work experience.
• Active clinical licensure (RN) required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
• Guide customers through current-state and future-state designs.
• Own and manage value measurement plans and outcomes.
