Job summary
Oracle is seeking a Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce and workload initiatives using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions. You will partner with executives and clinical leaders to redesign workflows, improve caregiver utilization, and drive measurable patient-care outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
- At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical healthcare IT experience.
- At least 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience related to the responsibilities.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or other active clinical licensure.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes.
- Guide customers through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
- Identify change impacts and develop strategies to adopt new processes and technologies.
- Serve as the clinical expert for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Own and manage customer value measurement plans and outcomes.
- Partner with engagement and project teams to meet milestones and timelines.
- Facilitate executive meetings focused on clinical alignment and value realization.
- Drive discussions aligning goals with workforce optimization and measurable outcomes.
