Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce optimization and clinical transformation using the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will partner with executives and nursing leadership to redesign workflows and drive measurable outcomes across acute and outpatient care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Healthcare and RN license required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of combined education and related work experience in healthcare roles.
• Licensure as RN or other active clinical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
• Guide customers through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
• Identify change impacts and develop strategies for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Own and manage customer value measurement plans to ensure business and clinical outcomes.
