Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to partner with healthcare leaders, guiding strategic workforce and workload initiatives powered by Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will drive measurable outcomes across acute and outpatient care settings.

You’ll collaborate with executive and nursing leaders to redesign workflows, improve workforce efficiency, and ensure successful adoption of solutions that enhance staffing decisions and patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of combined education and related work experience, including nursing background.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice or clinical consulting experience
• RN or active clinical licensure

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and caregiver utilization.
• Guide customers through current-state assessments and future-state design.
• Develop change-management strategies to support adoption of new processes.
• Own and manage value measurement plans to show outcomes.
