Job summary
Oracle seeks a Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through strategic workforce initiatives powered by the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Suite. You will partner with executives, nursing leadership, and project teams to redesign workflows, improve caregiver utilization, and drive adoption of innovative staffing solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare or related field.
- 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical healthcare IT experience.
- At least 3 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
- RN or other active clinical licensure.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management, staffing efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Guide current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis activities.
- Identify organizational change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Serve as the clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Own and manage customer value measurement plans to realize business and clinical outcomes.
