Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial roles related to lab diagnostics, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing.
• BS/BA degree required. MBA Preferred.
• Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes.
• Proven strategic thinking, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee large, complex deals from opportunity identification to successful execution.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with executives and procurement decision-makers.
• Strategic Planning: Develop plans using IDN Blue Sheets to capture opportunities.
• Execution and Collaboration: Manage deal teams and coordinate with field teams and service organizations.
• Performance Monitoring: Prioritize time, transition accounts to field teams, maintain CRM data.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to management and escalate issues.
