Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States seeks a Distribution Field Sales Specialist to drive distributor-based sales for Lab Diagnostics. The role owns regional distributor relationships, forecasts, and strategy, coordinating across departments to secure growth and long-term partnerships.

You will manage funnel forecasts, lead product launches, and deliver quarterly business reviews, leveraging CRM data and market insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales.
• Experience with distribution sales, promotions, funnel management.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 70% throughout U.S.
• Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
• Drive product launches, product training, business reviews.
• Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast.
• Prepares strategic plans in coordination with marketing and sales leads to build long term partnerships.
• Develops and implements plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall lead to coordinate activities across internal departments and teams.
• Conducts regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
• Provides market intelligence for the sales organization.
• Represents Siemens Healthineers at National and Regional sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence varying roles across the organization.
• Utilizes data management software to secure territory intelligence and develops a strategy; uses the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity.
