Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Healthcare System Executive to lead large, complex deals for the US Lab Diagnostics portfolio. The role combines field-based leadership with strategic account management, focused on revenue growth and high customer retention.

You will manage deal teams, build relationships with executives and procurement leaders, and develop action plans using strategic blue sheets. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial roles related to lab diagnostics, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing.
• Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes.
• Proven strategic thinking and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Deal Management: oversee large, complex deals from identification to execution.
• Relationship Building: cultivate relationships with executives, clinical and procurement leaders.
• Strategic Planning: develop plans using IDN Blue Sheets to capture opportunities.
• Execution and Collaboration: manage deal teams and coordinate with field teams and specialists.
• Performance Monitoring: manage time across deals and ensure CRM data quality.
• Reporting: provide updates to management and escalate issues when needed.
