This field-based leader will expand the Chemistry, Immunoassay and Automation portfolio, collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Specialists, and deliver tailored clinical and operational solutions. The role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline development, and relationship-building with key decision-makers in healthcare systems and labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or 5+ years related sales experience.
• MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue opportunities in assigned territory for Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation portfolio.
• Strategic Sales Execution: lead campaigns with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Workflow Consultation: conduct workflow analyses to uncover inefficiencies and present solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: build relationships with key decision-makers across labs and IDNs.
• Market Intelligence: monitor trends and feedback to inform strategies.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: maintain records and participate in reviews.
