Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve implementation issues and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities include leading project planning, assigning team members, defining deliverables, tracking milestones, and driving process improvements while maintaining budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products or initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of customer benefit plan implementations.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior staff on project management techniques.
