CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address critical issues and satisfy customer expectations.

The role requires coordinating project plans, milestones, and resource assignments, driving risk mitigation, and delivering progress updates while mentoring junior colleagues in project management best practices.

Competenze

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience including direct management of client relationships and successful delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and team assignments; define deadlines.
• Identify risks and issues and establish mitigation strategies with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigations.
