CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will work with stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

In this role you will lead planning, develop project plans, manage milestones, address risks, and coach junior colleagues to adopt best practices while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Excellent risk assessment and issue resolution skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and delivery track record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting risks and mitigations.
