Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are satisfied.

Under general direction, you will lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, define deliverables, deadlines, and milestones, and manage risks, change management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and resolve issues.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects.
• Develop project plans, assign team members and milestones.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and report progress.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
