CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will lead planning, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

The role emphasizes healthcare client-facing experience, risk management, and collaboration across teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a 40-hour week

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience highlighted as a requirement.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects and ensure alignment with goals, timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and milestones, and manage deadlines.
• Conduct post-mortems and apply lessons learned to improve processes and project management practices.
• Develop change management and risk mitigation plans to ensure adoption and contingency readiness.
• Prepare progress reports, manage multiple projects, and coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
