Job summary

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address critical issues and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

You will lead planning, develop project plans, manage milestones, and coach junior team members while maintaining quality and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans and assign team members, defining deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned and share process improvements.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to resolve deviations.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation.
• Direct multiple projects, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and responsibilities.
