CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities include leading planning and execution of projects, creating plans and milestones, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects for client implementations.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
