Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, developing plans and milestones, enforcing quality control, managing risks, reporting progress, and coaching

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects, with milestones and budgets.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and deadlines.
• Implement quality control processes and change management plans.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; prepare risk contingencies.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
