CVS Health is hiring a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations, coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet or exceed customer expectations. The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution and quality controls.

The candidate will lead multiple projects, develop plans and milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive resolution.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, assign team members and set milestones.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and mitigation strategies.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
