Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive growth in our healthcare packaging business across North America. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, working with marketing leads and your own pipeline.

In this customer-facing role, you will lead negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage a robust pipeline of 10–15 active opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in packaging sales/BD or GM roles.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America.
• Build and manage a 10-15 opportunity pipeline and generate new leads.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal partners to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, Field Service, and Operations teams to support trials and commercialization.
• Develop account plans and maintain CRM pipeline.
