Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager III to lead growth in its healthcare packaging portfolio. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships across North America.

This role works with Marketing and Sales to optimize the pipeline, negotiate contracts, and manage onboarding from opportunity to active customer. Travel up to 50% is required as you expand Amcor's market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in packaging or related industries with thermoformed trays experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to win new healthcare thermoformed tray business in North America.
• Build and manage a 10-15 opportunity pipeline with steady lead generation.
• Identify decision-makers and engage prospects through outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive customer trials, validations, and commercialization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline health and growth.
