Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive growth in our healthcare packaging segment. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships across North America.

In this role, you will work with marketing to leverage leads and develop your own pipeline, close new business, onboard customers, and ensure a smooth transition from opportunity to active account. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in technical sales, business development or general management in packaging.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across North American territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10-15 active opportunities while generating new leads.
• Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and engage potential customers through outreach.
• Lead customer discussions with internal partners to balance needs and Amcor's objectives.
