Job summary

Amcor is recruiting for a Business Development Manager III to drive new healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will work with marketing-generated leads and develop your own pipeline, positioning Amcor's solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years of experience in packaging industry.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays within healthcare.
• Proven success driving sales growth and profitability.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel to Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Drive new healthcare thermoformed tray business across the assigned North American territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10-15 active opportunities while generating new leads.
• Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and engage potential customers.
• Understand market trends and customer challenges to position Amcor's solutions.
• Lead onboarding, commercialization, and contract discussions for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to support trials and commercialization.
• Maintain accurate account plans and provide regular pipeline updates.
