Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive growth in healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, develop strategies, and engage with key decision-makers to close new business that enhances revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and commercialize opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from opportunity to active customer and long-term partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development or general management within the packaging industry.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays within the healthcare market.
• Proven success driving sales growth, profitability, and new business acquisition.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex business agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel to Mexico.

• Lead business discussions and negotiations with internal partners to balance customer needs with Amcor's objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, Field Service, and Operations to support trials and commercialization.
