DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to be the first contact for users, delivering expert IT support and troubleshooting within healthcare IT environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, maintain service quality, and improve support processes.

The role involves project coordination, client implementation from kickoff to completion, and second-level IT support for healthcare systems.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in an IT support role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments.
Strong customer relationship and call center support skills.
Strong IT, networking, and general computer skills.
Hands-on experience with PC and server hardware; Linux and Windows command lines.
Experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products.
Proficiency in Windows (7+) and Linux system administration.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EMR and clinical software.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
Knowledge of archival and storage media.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams.
Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call rotations.
PACS/Radiology/DICOM/HL7 experience (Preferred).
Radiology workflow experience (Preferred).
CompTIA Linux, RHCA, or RHCT certification (Preferred).
CCNA/CCNP certification (Preferred).
Proficiency in additional languages for EU/international regions (Preferred).

Mansioni

Act as first point of contact, providing expert IT support and troubleshooting for users.
Coordinate projects and own tasks; communicate with customers and resolve issues.
Lead client projects from kick-off to completion.
Provide second-level support for healthcare IT systems; escalate when needed.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems promptly.
Monitor support queue on rotating schedule and triage tickets.
Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed incident records and workflows in the ticketing system.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal IT policies.
Support key customers and maintain positive relationships.
