DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to be the first point of contact for users, delivering expert support, troubleshooting, and contributing to a seamless healthcare IT experience. You will coordinate projects and serve as the primary implementation resource from kickoff to completion, handling escalations and collaborating across IT, Product, and Engineering to improve support processes.
This remote role includes on-call rotations and a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000
Qualifications
- 5+ years in an IT support role with healthcare exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Healthcare Informatics or equivalent.
- Experience supporting healthcare IT, EMR, and clinical software.
- Strong customer relations and call-centre skills.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux, and networking basics.
- Familiarity with PACS/DICOM, HL7, and ITIL processes.
Responsabilités
- Serve as first point of contact, triaging incidents and guiding resolution.
- Prioritize tasks, coordinate projects, and own client communication.
- Provide second-level support for healthcare IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
- Support regulatory compliance and on-call rotations.
